Good things here
The water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is available for common areas in the flats. Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Hospitals are nearby, within 1 kilometer from the society, for emergencies. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. The road quality is very good in the society, and the parking area is very spacious.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the lift is very poor, and one of the lifts is damaged in the society; they didn't repair it, which is very inconvenient. The construction quality is very poor, with some leakages and seepages issues in the flats. There are also some leakages in the walls. Public transportation like buses is far from the society, around 3-4 kilometers away. The parking area is very congested in the society.

People in the society are very friendly and respectable. Water facility is very good, although water is delivered through tankers. Additionally, facilities like markets, juice shops, saloons, and supermarkets are available within a walkable distance from the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. There is also a designated visitor parking area in the society.

The construction quality is very poor, with issues such as seepage and leaks in the walls of the society. Additionally, there are cracks in the walls of the buildings. Public transportation options like the bus are available within a 1-kilometer radius from the society. These concerns regarding construction quality and accessibility to public transportation should be addressed to enhance the overall living experience within the society.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Public transportation like buses is also available within 100 meters from the society. Additionally, the metro station is within walking distance, around 200 meters from the society. The water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society, with power backup also available. Garbage collection is excellent; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids play area are available in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 3500 rupees, in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good, with some minor issues in the society like seepages in walls and bathrooms. Pollution is present around the society due to some roads near it, which is very inconvenient. Additionally, there are traffic issues in the nearby society, which adds to the inconvenience.

The construction quality in the society is notably poor, with issues such as leakages, seepage problems, malfunctioning electrical sockets, and substandard walls. Maintenance charges are also considered expensive given the quality of construction.

Four years ago, I resided in the community where residents were friendly and cooperative. Within 100 meters, there was a convenient bus stop, while clothing stores, supermarkets, and fruit shops were within a 500-meter walk. The road conditions were favorable, with ample parking space and functioning street lights. Maintenance ensured daily cleaning of floors, and there was uninterrupted water and power supply. The construction quality, including plaster and walls, was commendable, providing good ventilation and sunlight in the rooms.
Things need improvement
At times, garbage collection is inadequate, and amenities are unavailable in the society, causing inconvenience to residents and highlighting the need for improved services and facilities.

Good things here
Society's connectivity is excellent due to its prime location. There are multiple tech parks nearby, and Delhi Public School is also in close proximity. Additionally, inside the community, there are supermarkets, vegetable stalls, and a canteen available. Regular water supply and good backup facilities for electricity are provided for everyone. The construction quality is good; I didn't observe any seepage problems. Amenities such as the clubhouse, pharmacy, gyms, swimming pool, and play areas are maintained very well.
Things need improvement
Society's rent is expensive due to its prime location, and also, housekeeping services like cleaning are not great.

Good things here
The society is located on the main road, providing excellent connectivity. Several schools and essential amenities like groceries and vegetable shops are within walking distance. Within a 5km radius, international schools, hospitals, bus stops, and temples are conveniently situated. Society amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, play area, and small basketball court are well-maintained with regular inspections. There is a supermarket for resident's daily needs and this is located inside the community. The people of this community are friendly, and everyone celebrates all the festivals together.
Things need improvement
The society was constructed around 15 years ago, and we've been living here for the past 7 years. However, we're experiencing several issues. Seepage problems are widespread, maintenance facilities are inadequate due to poor cleaning in the surroundings, and the power backup systems are unreliable.

The view from this place is nice, especially at night when everything looks beautiful, and all functions are celebrated within the community.

In this society, the inadequate construction of walls, coupled with the imposition of new rules and the burden of unpaid old bills, reflects poorly on the overall management and contributes to a challenging and unfavorable environment.
