In terms of connectivity, the society has access to local transport such as cabs and autos, making it easily accessible for residents. Nearby shops cater to the basic needs of the residents, enhancing convenience. The maintenance of the society is well-managed, and people are cordial and cooperative during events and celebrations.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the society requires improvement, especially concerning delays in addressing issues such as leakage and seepage in the walls of the flats. Despite resident complaints, the committee has been slow to take action and resolve these issues promptly, which is a concern for the residents.

Good things here
While the construction quality might be just average, it's still decent enough. The people in the area are friendly, and it's really convenient to have schools and hospitals nearby. Overall, there are no major issues to worry about
Things need improvement
It's hard to find anything positive to say about that location because everything seems to be good. From having a bus stop to a parking lot, it seems like everything is readily available there.

There were society maintenance, cleanliness and rest everything was well taken care of, society was�great�overall

The security guards were very rude and did not talk well, that was the only thing that�was�not�good.

Only connectivity in better but otherwise society is fine nothing is good in the society
Things need improvement
There were many problems in the society. The lift used to stop after the lights went off due to which people had to wait for 2 hours. There was no cleanliness. The garden was very dirty. The maintenance there was not good at all.

Location wise the society is very good and there is a very good market and mall nearby�the�society.

Light is never goes out. construction is the best . swiming pool,gym,club house is there.

Maintanace should be improve , team behaviour is very rude and rough,process of isssue resolve is very slow.

Good things here
Having shops within the society made it convenient to get daily essentials. Overall, the society was quite pleasant.

The experience was enjoyable overall, but it would be more convenient if the metro station were a bit closer to the society.

Facilities are great. cabs & autos are easily avialable near society. neighbours are good.

Maintenance is very problamatic like sometime power cuts issue , no power backup, Water supply issue , sometime lift did not work properly.
