Good things here
The society has a nearby market, designated parking, and good connectivity with easily accessible public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. Elevators are installed and maintained, and the water supply is reliable. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or leakage issues, and there is proper ventilation. The roads are well-maintained, and there is regular garbage collection. A security guard is also available. There are a few amenities like a small garden and security, and the neighbors are very nice and friendly, with many residents having lived here for a long time.
Things need improvement
The absence of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, play area, parks, or clubhouse is a significant drawback for residents. These facilities are essential for enhancing the quality of life by providing recreational and fitness options within the community. Without a swimming pool, residents miss out on a valuable resource for relaxation and exercise. The lack of a gym means fewer opportunities for maintaining physical fitness conveniently. Similarly, the absence of play areas and parks limits outdoor activities for children and families.

Connectivity is very good. Road and street lights are also good nesrby the society. Parking area is also good. Everything was easy to access cinstruction quality was also good ensuring there are no leaks or issues, demonstrating their commitment to maintenance. They offer attractive amenities such as a gym and a well-maintained clubhiuse reflecting their emphasis on quality. Transportation is efficient with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to get around. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. The expansive park provides ample space for children to play, enhancing the community's appeal. Known for their hospitality, people in this community are friendly and welcoming.

There is no problem in the society and no issue with anything except gym. Gym should be maintain properly with a proper gym trainer. People of the society is good and cooperative. There is no issue with seepage and leakage. Overall the experience was good.

Society very well maintained,neat,clean and hygenic environment in the society.Auto stand,bus stand is at walkable distance from the society.Crowd of the people is good ,friebdly and educated.Build quality is top notch no leakage ,seepage issues in the society.
