Good things here
the apartment was quite calm and peaceful there,which has enhace living experience .
Things need improvement
i was residing there on top floor ,used to face leakage issue , lift was not working well ,as i was living bachelore there ,i was not allowed to use any of there amenities .

Good things here
bachelors are allowed in the society. Good build quality. Connectivity is top-notch, local transport available easily. All the amenities are very well maintained. Allocated visitors and resident parking.
Things need improvement
Issue resolution process can be improved. Society should enhance maintaining facility.everything in the society is perfect.

Good things here
Connectivity is really great, no traffic around the society and no water losing issues. Maintenance is also really great. Guest and resident parking has been provided. Amenities are top-notch.socialism is also big plus.
Things need improvement
Some units were facing seepage issues though it's been solved now. Power back up facilities has been given to common areas only.

Construction quality is very nice. Connectivity is good. People are humble. All facilities are there.

Overall, all the things in the society is good. It is just the maintenance & the issue resolution process than can be improved.

Good things here
Society is top-notch in terms of connectivity, within the range of 100 meters you will connect with metro, local railway station. Maintenance facilities are big plus. Build quality is great. Power back up facilities were there in the society.
Things need improvement
Society does not have parking area, whole building consist of only one parking. This society is one stand-alone building which does not consist of any amenities.
