Good things here
The society has great connectivity with easy access to public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. There is plenty of parking, regular garbage collection, and a dependable water supply. The neighbors are friendly and often join community events. The elevators are well-maintained, and a security guard is always on duty. The roads are in good shape, and markets are close by. The buildings are well-built with no problems like seepage, leakage, or termites, and they have good ventilation. The gym, play area, and clubhouse are kept in excellent condition.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool, which is a need for the residents as they love to swim. This absence is a notable downside, as a swimming pool would add to the recreational options available within the society.

Good things here
The society was well-connected to schools, colleges, malls, markets, and Dmart. Both covered and uncovered parking were available. The ventilation was good. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, play area, basketball court, and clinic were also present in the society. Cultural events like Holi and Diwali were celebrated, organized by the society. Garbage collection was regular, and cleaning and hygiene maintenance were excellent. Neighbors were very cooperative and helpful.
Things need improvement
There was no swimming pool in the society. During heavy rains, there was some minor seepage. There was no metro station in the area at that time. Otherwise, everything was running smoothly in that society without any issues.

Security measures in the society are effective, utilizing apps for enhanced security. Elevators are well-maintained, and the maintenance charges are reasonable and justified. Cleanliness standards are consistently high, and all festivals are enthusiastically celebrated. Residents are courteous and collaborate well. Public transport options such as autos and buses are conveniently accessible nearby, with metro access also available. The buildings are free from issues like leakage, seepage, or cracks.
Things need improvement
There is a problem with garbage being left around near the society, which affects cleanliness. Also, the society doesn't have amenities like a swimming pool.
