Additionally, the presence of a beautiful pool adds to the recreational options available within the society, providing residents with a refreshing way to relax and unwind. These aspects contribute positively to the lifestyle and comfort of residents who prioritize space and leisure amenities.
Things need improvement
However, there are several concerns that potential residents should consider. One notable issue is the high rent, which may pose a financial challenge for some individuals or families. Additionally, ongoing construction of amenities within the society can create disruptions and inconvenience for current residents. Another significant concern is reported water issues, which can affect daily routines and comfort. Addressing these issues, particularly improving water supply reliability and completing amenities construction promptly, could enhance the overall living experience and satisfaction of residents in this housing society.

Aminites and management of society is good security of society is good , Infrastructure of society is very good , tree plant __ is good for oxygen and greenery

Society rent purchase price is too high as per current market rate becoz corporate employee can't afford this rent too much hiked rent and purchase price of property

Good things here
The locality was great with all amenities like grocery stores, malls, markets, schools, and hospitals within 1 km. The cleanliness inside the society was excellent; garbage collection was done every morning. The maintenance of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security was also very good. Ventilation was never a problem for me. The construction quality was good too. Society had amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, garden, and a badminton court. The cultural activities in the society were very nice, and festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated well. Parking was allotted for everyone.
Things need improvement
Sometimes, there was a slight issue with getting cabs or autos because the society was a little inside from the main road, but it wasn't a major problem. There was no metro connectivity. Occasionally, there was a queue for the badminton court, but otherwise everything about the society was really good.

Good things here
Ola and Uber are easily available near the society . Both covered and uncovered parking options are available. Amenities such as a yoga room, swimming pool, clubhouse, badminton court, and basketball court are present. Cultural events like Holi and Diwali are celebrated.
Things need improvement
Auto-rickshaws are not available here. The metro has not yet come to this area. Maintenance work in the society is not being done properly. There is a slight issue with seepage and leakage. Security in the society is not good. There is division in the society; some people want a temple to be built while others do not, causing social harmony issues. The functioning of lifts and CCTV is not up to the mark. Housekeeping is also not good; cleaning is not done properly yet. During the rainy season, there is an issue of waterlogging. Near gate 1 of the society, the roads are half constructed, causing a lot of problems there.

Within 500 meters, you'll find hospitals, schools, local markets, and public transport. The property features a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, garden, and kids' play area. The quality is excellent, and the society is well-maintained and clean. Both covered and open parking options are available. There's 24-hour water supply, and no electricity issues have been reported. The community is welcoming and celebrates various festivals. Additionally, there's no noise pollution, and the property is road-touch.

Vascon Forest County is a lovely community located in a great area. Within just 1 km, you'll find hospitals and local markets nearby. The neighborhood offers over 20 modern amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, and covered parking. Traffic is very manageable, and there are plenty of food stalls right next to the society

Everything you need, including hospitals, highway and public transport, is within a 1km radius here. There are covered parking options are available. local market is just nearby and goverment Plus, there's no pollution as it's surrounded by greenery, and the highway is just 5 km away with no traffic issues.
