Public transportation is a plus, with metro connectivity and easy access to major roads.Overall, the combination of lifestyle, job opportunities,and urban facilities makes Madhapur a desirable choice for many. read more

Ayyappa Colony in Hyderabad,known for its tech hub HITEC City, has several challenges despite its popularity.Traffic congestion is major issue, especially during peak hours making commuting tough. Parking is also limited, causing frustration for both residents and visitors. Pollution, both air and noise, is another problem due to continuous construction and high traffic; dust and vehicular emissions affect air quality noticeably. Water Scarcity is common , especially in summer, leading many residents to rely water tankers, which can become costly. read more

Madhapur has all basic facilities including hospitals, schools, shopping malls, supermarket, bank , ATM counters, restaurant and hotels all with in a 1 km of radius. the transport facility is highly appreciable with have availability of taxes and autos. metroge is nearby. safe to Rome around in night as the security in this area is high. it is a centre of it activities as the area has the highest it establishment in the City. read more

The flat is located in a plush and premium locality with walking distance from Road No 36 Jubliee Hills and Neeru's Emporio. Metro Station and public transport systems are easily accessible. The house is ~8 years old and has modern interiors done with end to end wood work, mood lighting in all rooms, false ceiling, breakfast table, modular kitchen and premium kajaria tiles and Jaguar Bathroom fittings. The house is ready to move in with single coat of paint and some basic wear and tear repair. read more
