Cleaning standards are high, with thorough upkeep of both interior and exterior areas by the housekeeping staff. The overall environment is characterized by humility and respect among residents. Convenient access to hospitals within a 2-kilometer radius ensures prompt medical assistance during emergencies. Additionally, maintenance charges are considered reasonable, contributing to the overall value for residents.
Things need improvement
It's unfortunate that the construction quality in the society is lacking, leading to numerous issues such as seepage and leakages in the roof. The presence of water drops on bathroom walls and poor water quality, particularly in bathroom flushes, further adds to the inconvenience for residents. Addressing these construction and water quality issues would significantly improve the overall living experience in the society.

Overall, facility maintenance is top-notch, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Unfortunately, there's no designated visitor parking area within the society, so guests must park outside. Additionally, the construction quality leaves much to be desired, with reports of leakage issues plaguing bathrooms and bedrooms in the flats.

Residents are respectful, fostering a positive community atmosphere. Additionally, maintenance charges are reasonable, approximately 3 rupees per square foot.
Things need improvement
Access to hospitals and schools from the society is limited, with hospitals located approximately 4 kilometers away and schools also being quite distant. This distance can pose inconvenience for residents, particularly in emergency situations or when commuting to and from schools.

People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.

Living here has exceeded all expectations. The society provides unmatched comfort and convenience, making it an ideal place for a hassle-free living experience.

The pool facilities are excellent, spacious, and functional, ensuring regular use by residents. Everything is easily accessible on foot, with public transport, malls, and markets nearby. Maintenance is top-notch, including regular lift checks. Construction quality is high-standard with no seepage issues. Amenities like gym, large children's play area, walking paths, and gardens are available. Residents are friendly, cooperative, and celebrate various festivals together. The society is equipped with outstanding CCTV cameras and security guards.

For the past 2 to 3 days, residents have been encountering water supply problems.

Good things here
Connectivity, such as cabs and autos, is easily available in the society. People are very respectful and respectable in this community. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7. Power backup is also available. Ventilation in the flats is very good. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained. Schools nearby are within a walkable distance from the society. The greenery in the society is abundant and beautiful.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. There is no designated visitor parking area, causing inconvenience as visitors have to park outside the society. Essential facilities like shops are not available inside the society. The roads are in poor condition with many cracks. The construction quality is subpar. Some bathrooms have leakages, and the flush water in the flats is not consistent.
