Good things here

Anshul Kanvas is a safe and secured gated society, even at nights, the area is quite lit up as Ivy Estate road is quite a special area considered in Wagholi. Uber and ola's are easily available. Bus stop is at walking distance. The society is clean and well maintained, regular garbage disposals. The other flat owners in the society are friendly, helping and supportive. The quality of construction is good and it's a pet friendly project.

Things need improvement

The society lights had started blinking at night but it was fixed in a few days by the society. The road outside was raw but a cement road has been constructed.
