Living in that society was truly wonderful due to various factors contributing to a comfortable and fulfilling experience. The build quality of the apartment was top-notch, ensuring no issues of leakage or seepage, which is crucial for maintaining a healthy living environment. Moreover, the availability of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, park, clubhouse, and podium added to the quality of life for residents. These amenities were not just available but also well-maintained by the dedicated maintenance team, ensuring they remained in excellent condition for use. A continuous supply of water and electricity, along with the presence of CCTV cameras in all areas and guards stationed at each entrance, provided a sense of security and safety for residents. This ensured peace of mind for all residents, knowing that their well-being was being taken care of. The vibrant community spirit was evident through the celebration of various functions, festivals, cultural events, and programs within the society. This fostered a strong sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents, making it feel like a close-knit community. Additionally, the easy accessibility of transportation nearby further enhanced the convenience of living in the society, making it easy to commute to and from different�places.
Things need improvement
Overall, my experience living in the society has been really good, and I haven't faced any significant discomfort. However, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of maintenance. Additionally, the ongoing construction work on the outer road has been inconvenient�for�me.

I'm grateful that we don't face any problems internally; everything runs smoothly thanks to the excellent maintenance services and the dedication of the management team. Timely cleaning and garbage collection ensure that our surroundings are always clean and hygienic. Having amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and park available and well-maintained adds a lot to the quality of life here. It's wonderful to be able to enjoy these facilities without any issues. I particularly enjoy the sense of community that comes from celebrating festivals together. It really brings us all closer and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The easy accessibility of public transport options like auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses makes it convenient to get around when needed.
Things need improvement
The ongoing construction work around my society is really affecting my quality of life significantly. The noise pollution is constant and bothersome, making it difficult to relax or focus on daily tasks. It's frustrating because I value peace and quiet in my home environment. I think I'll reach out to the relevant authorities or construction companies responsible for the work to express my concerns. Understanding the timeline of the construction and any measures being taken to mitigate noise pollution could provide some reassurance. In the meantime, I might look into soundproofing options for my home or invest in noise-canceling headphones to help block out the noise. Creating a peaceful atmosphere within my home with soothing music or white noise could also help alleviate the disturbance.

The society is very convinient in terms of connectivity and everything is developed now, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. No major traffic issues are faced on the roads. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Garden is properly maintained. Maintainance charges are nominal. Basement Parking is available. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Fire estinguishers are available and time to time maintainance is also done. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, people are very friendly.
Things need improvement
Parking space can be improved. Other than that there is no improvement required in the society, there are no issues that needs to be resolved, everything is properly maintained and available in this society.

I'm fortunate to live in a community where the people are genuinely kind, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Celebrating festivals together strengthens our bonds and creates memorable moments. Moreover, the location of the society couldn't be better. With a nearby metro station, school, hospital, and all necessary amenities within reach, it's incredibly convenient. Having easy access to public transport options like auto-rickshaws and cabs adds to the accessibility and makes getting around hassle-free. Overall, I'm grateful for the positive atmosphere and the convenient location of our society, which significantly enhances the quality of life here.
Things need improvement
It's a bit disappointing for me that some amenities are lacking in our society. Not having facilities like badminton or cricket courts and dealing with a non-functional swimming pool can be frustrating, especially when seeking recreational activities within the community. Moreover, if the construction quality isn't up to par and there are issues with the main gate's construction, it could affect both the appearance and security of our society. However, I believe addressing these issues could significantly enhance our living experience.

Moreover, the society's commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and timely maintenance, as well as prompt resolution of any issues, ensures a high standard of living for residents. The spirit of community is evident in the celebration of festivals and events where everyone comes together. Additionally, having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and play area for kids accessible within the society adds to the quality of life and provides recreational opportunities for residents.

Sometimes pigeons in the balcony comes and makes the baclcony very dirty. Based on my experience, the society is quite good and well-maintained, so there's nothing that needs�improvement.

Additionally, the presence of a garden within the society and balconies in the flats enhance the overall living experience, offering residents opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment of outdoor spaces.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the metro station is not in close proximity to the society. Additionally, there are no on-site gym or swimming pool facilities available within the society premises.

Good things here
The connectivity was excellent, with autos and buses easily accessible nearby, and there were no traffic issues. The lifts were well-maintained, and all modern amenities were available and well-maintained. The residents were friendly, and there was a continuous water supply. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and pets were allowed in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality was not up to the mark; even a slight knock on the walls would cause cement to come off. Additionally, there was no inside parking available for visitors; they had to park their vehicles outside.

Cosmos Horizon is a getaway from mundane and tiresome life, set in a fresh atmosphere and natural surroundings. There are retail stores, a gym, medical stores, ATMs, parks, and open spaces, which bring happiness to the residents here. The connection is also good, as the stop of cars and buses is within walking distance, and the security is the proper.

It is made up of luxury flats created by renowned architects. This project has easy access to basic facilities like banks, ATMs, schools, and colleges, as well as nearby malls and markets. The cabs reach their destinations on time because the traffic is not an issue. The power and water supply are excellent and available 24*7, all year round. There is almost no crime taking place inside or outside the area, so the crime rate is also low.

It is an ideal place for youngsters as there are lots of parks, a gym and quality built roads. This residential facility ensures that all occupants' current demands are met. The prices are reasonable and you never have to worry about the maintenance as it is done well by the management. The connectivity is so good that you will never face any issues while booking a cab or reaching your destination as there are no traffic jams or snarls.
