Rustomjee Seasons is one of the best projects in Mumbai. I booked a 3BHK apartment and I am satisfied with the purchase. The society is well maintained and the project is under construction. The surrounding has lots of greenery and the location is excellent. the transportation system is also decent as it connects to the main highway. market complex shops Bank ATMs are easily accessible from the residential complex. Rustomjee Seasons is budget-friendly and all facilities are available in close proximity.

The project provides high-class infrastructure and therefore it is a bit expensive and not for the middle class. This project is surrounded by other projects and therefore the view from the balcony is not nice since the construction is in process. The quality of the construction is also not well enough.

The location is excellent and therefore sometimes there is a traffic jam because of the highways. Some of the apartments are still under construction and the quality of the construction is also not good. We face drainage issues due to heavy rains. Also, there is minimal space for parking. The project is nice but I would suggest all look for other projects before investing.
