Good things here
The well-maintained parks and the presence of shops within the society. It makes it convenient for me to access daily essentials without any hassle. Additionally, the nearby metro connectivity is a big plus as it allows me to travel easily to different parts of the city. The good construction quality and pet-friendly environment also contribute to my overall satisfaction with the place.
Things need improvement
The flooding and traffic congestion in the surrounding areas can be quite troublesome, especially during heavy rains. I also face issues with the drainage system failing occasionally, which can be quite inconvenient. Furthermore, the lack of metro service availability poses a challenge for me in terms of public transportation.

Good things here
The community is well-kept, the buildings are top-notch, and they're totally cool with pets. Plus, the area around here is stunning, with lots of trees and clean air. It's super easy to get to shops, hop on public transit, and the metro station is just a stone's throw away. Overall, living here is just awesome.
Things need improvement
Sometimes flooding and traffic jams can be a real pain. Plus, the building maintenance costs are pretty steep, and finding parking is like searching for a needle in a haystack. And when it pours, the drainage system can sometimes fail, making things messy. Without metro services, getting around can be a bit of a hassle. It's not all smooth sailing, that's for sure.
