Ventilation within the flats is excellent, ensuring a comfortable living space for residents. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it affordable for residents to upkeep the society. Additionally, spacious parking areas within the society, including designated visitors' parking areas, cater to residents' parking needs effectively.

The society is situated outside the main city, providing residents with a calm and peaceful living environment. Maintenance is excellent, overseen by the association, which effectively manages various aspects such as water supply, cleanliness, and regular committee meetings. Amenities including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and play areas are readily available. I have never encountered any issues related to water leakages due to the high construction quality, and the ventilation is also good. The residents of the society are also pleasant, and everyone is friendly.
Things need improvement
The community lacks basic amenities such as grocery stores and vegetable shops nearby, and there are also no public transportation facilities.

Cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber from the society, and autos are also available on the main road of the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are maintained well in the society. There is also a function hall in the society. Water facility is good in the society, and power backup is also available. The construction quality is very good in the society, with no seepage or leakages. Garden areas are very spacious and well-maintained in the society.

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Public transportation, like buses, is not available within 2 kilometers from the society, which is inconvenient. Pollution is present due to the main road, resulting in sound pollution in the society.
