Issues such as slow water supply, occasional electricity problems, and the lack of nearby facilities like schools and shops might also pose concerns for tenants. Living in this neighborhood as an owner means you have it pretty good. You've got shops right around the corner for your daily needs, and getting around is a breeze with public transport nearby, including a train station. Parking is easy too, so no worries there. Plus, with security cameras and guards around, you can feel safe and secure. And when you want to relax or have some fun, there are nice parks, clubs, and a swimming pool right there for you to enjoy. Overall, it's a great place to call home!

The maintenance fees and property rates could be a bit steep for some. Families with young children might struggle with the absence of nearby schools. The gym might feel a bit cramped at times, and not having a metro nearby could be inconvenient. The society has all modern amenities and is well-maintained. Cleanliness is maintained, and there is a 24/7 water supply. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. The residents are good, and festivals are celebrated together. The lifts are maintained, and public transport is easily available nearby.
Things need improvement
In the society, where there is space designated for visitor parking, residents park their cars there if they have 2-3 or 4-wheelers, leaving no parking space for visitors. There should be greenery in the society. There is a bit of traffic near the society.
