Security is very prompt and on there feet if you have any complain regarding anything to take action. proper garbage disposible has been adopted so society is neat and clean. metro station construction is going on in just front of the gate . rooms of the apartment are spacious and comfortable.
Lots of religion discrimination is there regarding religion ,If we talk about cosmopolitan,so cosmopolitan building is just for name. Maintenance of the amenities can be imrpove,library is not functional since years. parking issues are also there in the society.

Connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. General markets and groceries are available nearby the society Metro station is available at a walkable distance. Water supply issues and water logging issues are not faced in the society. the drainage system is good in the society. power backup is available for 24*7 in the society. Electricity issues are not faced at all. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Society is kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Basement parking is available. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. CCTV and lifts are properly functional. Amenities and facilities like gym, park, club house play area for kids are available and these are functional in the society. Open spaces are available in the society. festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
The society is on the highway for which vehicle noises are heard but it depends on which floor the apartment is situated. For super markets, malls some travelling is needed, it is not near the society. Paintings are mostly not done on time, as society is new. The construction quality of the buildings average, seepage and leakage issues are seen in the apartments swimmingpool is not available in the society.

Online app delivery services and Ola/Uber rides are readily available near the society. The roads are of good quality, and there are no waterlogging issues in the vicinity. The society benefits from 24-hour water and electricity supply. Garbage collection is done promptly, and cleanliness is well maintained. The build quality is excellent, with no issues regarding leakage or seepage. and, drainage problems dont persist in the society. Various amenities such as a gym, kids' play area, and gardens are available. The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with good-quality walls and fittings. The residents are friendly, helpful, and pet-friendly. Fire exit staircases are present, ensuring safety measures. The entire area is under CCTV surveillance, and the lifts are well-maintained. Overall, the society offers a comfortable and convenient living environment.
The society is situated a bit away from the main roads, so local transport facilities are not easily accessible nearby. Additionally, there are few schools and hospitals in close proximity, and there are no malls or restaurants nearby either. The absence of a swimming pool in the society is noted, and it is suggested that one should be added. Furthermore, parking areas are limited to one vehicle per flat.

Nearby, there are auto and cab facilities, and the railway station is conveniently close to the society. The community has a reliable power backup system without any extra charges. The kids' play area is spacious, and all amenities are well-maintained and operational. Additionally, there is a consistent 24/7 water supply in the society.
Generally, we don't encounter many issues, and if any concerns arise, we coordinate with the secretary and chairman for prompt resolution.

The best decision I have taken in my life is buying a flat in Man Opus. It provides all the necessary facilities including a clubhouse, gym, jogging track, badminton court, 24 hours water supply, electricity supply, power backup, waste management and a lot more. The view from the balcony is amazing. I am highly satisfied as the location is well connected with major educational institutions and hubs from this place. The society is well maintained and the maintenance fee is reasonable. In some parts, the construction is still going on but many of the flats are in ready to move condition. Man Opus is offering a luxurious yet comfortable lifestyle.

Man Opus is offering ready to move apartments in Mumbai. It encompasses the beauty of nature with basic amenities. Amenities night 24 hours water supply, 24 hours electricity, waste management, sewage treatment, rainwater harvesting has made the place grandeur. Man Opus provides the perfect place to live with family members. The rooms are well planned and made with wooden and vitrified tiles in the bedroom and dining space. The location is excellent as the Western Express Highway connects the locality with prominent areas and major employment hubs. I am happy with the overall experience and I would like to recommend this project.

Man Opus is quite a good project in Mumbai. I had booked the flat and my overall experience was satisfying. Since it is near the western highway and eastern express Highway, the project is well connected with malls, markets, schools, colleges, hospitals etc. The greenery and ambience encompass the complex which is peaceful. The residential complex is well planned and has a high-security system. Man Opus is designed keeping in mind middle-class families. The project is totally budget-friendly and my family is really happy to be a part of this society.

I had bought a 2BHK apartment a few years back and at that time the management had promised that the possession will be by 2021. We got the handover after a long time and the sales team had misguided us. The quality of the construction is worse and the rooms are not well planned. No proper work is done interior or exterior. The basic amenities you are also not provided to us. The apartment was highly expensive and not for middle-class families. The parking space is also not allotted to us. I would suggest everyone check other projects in Mira Road before investing in this one.
