Best location, surrounded by IT park.Bublic transport is easily available by just 100 meter walk. EON IT park, World trade Centre, and many other upcoming IT park with in 2-3 KM radius. Society share the wall with IT park.
Things need improvement
Near by road need requires makeover hope in next 2-3 years it will improve. Lot of positive changes in last 2-3 years hope trend will be continie.

Buying an apartment in Guardian Eastern Meadows Phase 2 is profitable because the project is close to popular IT Hubs with an upcoming metro station. It is close to the airport as well.

What grabbed my attention towards this building is that it comes with a number of facilities such as swimming pool, acupuncture park, pergola, ATM, sauna and skating rink. It has several location advantages as well.
