The place is very well-maintained with clean surroundings, efficient garbage collection, and clean water tanks. The construction quality is good, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or cracks. The apartments have good ventilation and sunlight. There are various amenities like a garden, children's play area, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly. read more

The area is very much congested which means the roads are very narrow making it difficult for the car owner to travel. Heavy traffic is also there in the area nearby society . read more

The maintenance inside the society was good. The lifts worked well, and the cleaning staff did their job regularly. The construction of the buildings was solid, with no major issues of leakage or cracks. The society had all the necessary amenities like a garden and a children�s play area, which were well-kept. Connectivity was decent, with easy access to cabs and autos. read more

The area outside the society was quite deserted, which didn�t feel very safe. There were cockroaches in some parts of the society. The neighbourhood wasn�t great either. read more

Public transport is easily available. The roads outside the society are in good condition, and there are no traffic issues nearby. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness is maintained, and there is enough greenery. read more

The society does not receive utility water from the PMC, nor does it have a borewell, so water tankers are needed, resulting in high maintenance charges. There is traffic in the areas surrounding the society. read more
