Good things here
The place is very well-maintained with clean surroundings, efficient garbage collection, and clean water tanks. The construction quality is good, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or cracks. The apartments have good ventilation and sunlight. There are various amenities like a garden, children's play area, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly.
Things need improvement
The area is very much congested which means the roads are very narrow making it difficult for the car owner to travel. Heavy traffic is also there in the area nearby society .

The maintenance inside the society was good. The lifts worked well, and the cleaning staff did their job regularly. The construction of the buildings was solid, with no major issues of leakage or cracks. The society had all the necessary amenities like a garden and a children�s play area, which were well-kept. Connectivity was decent, with easy access to cabs and autos.
Things need improvement
The area outside the society was quite deserted, which didn�t feel very safe. There were cockroaches in some parts of the society. The neighbourhood wasn�t great either.

Living here has been disappointing due to several issues. Some flats have termite problems, which is a serious concern. Additionally, garbage is often left on the roads, creating an unhygienic environment.

Public transport is easily available. The roads outside the society are in good condition, and there are no traffic issues nearby. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness is maintained, and there is enough greenery.
Things need improvement
The society does not receive utility water from the PMC, nor does it have a borewell, so water tankers are needed, resulting in high maintenance charges. There is traffic in the areas surrounding the society.

It's a good society, it has a garden and a children's play area. My 3-year-old enjoys playing there a lot. The neighbourhood is friendly, and we feel safe. The construction of the buildings is good, with no major problems like leakage or cracks. Connectivity is also fine, as we can easily get cabs and autos.
Things need improvement
There is an issue with the maintenance of the play area. When the slides and swings break, they don't fix them quickly. So, the overall maintenance could be more efficient.

The construction quality of our buildings is commendable, with no reported issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Each unit also features a balcony for residents' enjoyment. Furthermore, the robust security system, including security guards and CCTV surveillance, ensures residents' safety. Various amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks, and play areas for kids enhance residents' quality of life. Additionally, having a lift available within the society premises adds to everyone's convenience.

The roads' poor quality poses transportation challenges, compounded by the absence of auto-rickshaws or bus services nearby. Living here is really great! Having access to public transportation and designated parking spots makes getting around a breeze. Plus, the daily garbage collection keeps everything looking clean and tidy, which is awesome. It's a relief not having to deal with major issues like leaks, seepage, or termites, and it's nice that the elevator works well and there are no interruptions in water and electricity supply. With all the amenities available and CCTV systems in place, it definitely adds to feeling safe and comfortable here.

Living here definitely has its ups and downs. The roads are in pretty rough shape, and dealing with all the traffic can be a real headache when you're trying to get around. Plus, it's concerning that not all the flats have good ventilation, which can make the air quality not so great and affect how comfortable it feels to be inside. And those cracks in the walls? Definitely makes you wonder about the building's overall stability and if it needs some maintenance. It's a shame that not everyone here is friendly, too. Having a better sense of community would really make a difference.
