Good things here
Sec 16b Greater Noida West is a home to various prestigious schools. The main road itself has 4 schools situated right next to each other. Various new commercial projects are under development with a multi screen PVR opening very soon. All major brands have already opened their stores in this area which makes it a premium locality. read more
Things need improvement
The cost of ready to move in houses has shot up disproportionately in past few months. Purchasing another home in this area will be a financial burden. Also, the local markets such as sabzi mandis charge much more than other areas. There's also a slum like area popularly known as Bihari Market which could be a turn off for most people. read more
