The maintenance services of the society are very poor. Firstly, the maintenance charges are excessively high, yet not all services are provided as promised. For instance, even though parking is allotted, residents still have to pay separately for parking. Additionally, all the amenities available require separate payments. Furthermore, there are stray dogs roaming around the society, causing problems such as endangering children, yet no legal action is taken against them. Besides, there are water scarcity issues, with just a notification of a two-day water shortage causing significant inconvenience. The construction quality is also subpar, especially inside the flats. Moreover, there are no celebrations of festivals or community events, and there's a lack of social cohesion among�the�residents. read more
