Living in this community is a truly delightful experience, thanks to a wide array of excellent facilities and amenities. One of the standout features is the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by our nice, friendly, and humble neighbors. It�s a place where people genuinely look out for each other, making it feel like a close-knit family. Security is a top priority here, with CCTV cameras strategically placed throughout the premises and a security guard on duty 24/7, ensuring that residents feel safe and secure at all times. The connectivity in this area is exceptional. Public transport options, including buses, autos, and cabs, are easily accessible, making commuting hassle-free. The roads are well-maintained, further enhancing the convenience of traveling. Regular garbage collection is conducted efficiently, with a well-organized system for segregating wet and dry waste, contributing to a clean and environmentally friendly neighborhood. Essential amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby, making everyday errands and activities easy to manage. Each resident has a designated parking spot, with clear rules followed by everyone, ensuring orderly and hassle-free parking. The elevators are not only installed but also meticulously maintained, providing reliable access to all floors. The community enjoys an uninterrupted supply of electricity and water, available 24/7, which adds significantly to the comfort and convenience of living here. The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites, and the proper ventilation ensures a healthy and pleasant living environment. Good plaster and fittings add to the overall aesthetic and durability of the homes. Additionally, the community offers modern amenities such as a well-equipped gym and a beautifully maintained clubhouse. These facilities provide great recreational options, allowing residents to stay active and socialize without having to leave the premises. The community is also pet-friendly, adding to the overall welcoming vibe

There are several notable issues within the society. The roads have potholes, creating a rough and inconvenient driving experience. Seepage and termite problems occur frequently, compromising the living conditions. The quality of plaster and fittings is poor, requiring constant repairs. Additionally, the gym and clubhouse are not properly maintained, limiting their usability and detracting from the overall appeal of the community.

The highlight of the society was the friendly and helpful neighbors, contributing to a positive atmosphere. The locality was convenient, with easy access to essentials and local transportation, thanks to its proximity to the highway. Nearby schools, hospitals, restaurants, and malls added to the convenience. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained as routine practices, with regular mopping, sweeping, and garbage collection. Safety measures were in place, with 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance in all areas. Despite some drawbacks, such as the lack of certain amenities, the overall experience in the society was average�but�good.
Things need improvement
The lack of a nearby metro and the distance of the railway station, about 8 km away, make public transport difficult to access. The frequency of buses from the nearest bus stop is insufficient, requiring reliance on personal vehicles or local transport like autos and cabs. The build quality of the society is subpar, with construction defects leading to leakage problems and restrictions on drilling into walls due to poor quality. Timely renovations and maintenance were lacking, resulting in overall poor maintenance standards. Due to these maintenance issues, amenities in the society were limited. The clubhouse and gym were non-operational, and there was no swimming pool. Overall, the lack of maintenance negatively impacted the living experience�in�the�society.

The only standout feature of the society is its connectivity. The surrounding area boasts excellent connectivity, with easy access to public transport such as auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses. Additionally, there are schools, hospitals, markets, and other amenities available�nearby.
Things need improvement
The maintenance services of the society are very poor. Firstly, the maintenance charges are excessively high, yet not all services are provided as promised. For instance, even though parking is allotted, residents still have to pay separately for parking. Additionally, all the amenities available require separate payments. Furthermore, there are stray dogs roaming around the society, causing problems such as endangering children, yet no legal action is taken against them. Besides, there are water scarcity issues, with just a notification of a two-day water shortage causing significant inconvenience. The construction quality is also subpar, especially inside the flats. Moreover, there are no celebrations of festivals or community events, and there's a lack of social cohesion among�the�residents.

Water supply is consistently available, and there are no issues with water logging within the society. Social life thrives, with friendly and cooperative residents who celebrate major cultural festivals and events together. Electricity supply is reliable, supplemented by power backup facilities in the society.

The construction quality in the society is notably poor, with frequent issues of seepage, leakage, and walls where plaster easily comes off. The door quality is also subpar. Termite problems are prevalent, and unfortunately, there is no swimming pool available. The plaster quality is average at best. Pet-related arguments occur among residents in the society.

Good things here
The roads outside the society were well-maintained, and garbage collection was conducted daily. Water supply was consistent 24/7. The flats were properly ventilated, allowing ample sunlight to enter the house. Fire exits were available in the buildings, ensuring safety. Additionally, there was separate parking available for visitors. The residents were decent and the location was excellent, providing a pleasant environment overall.
Things need improvement
During office hours, finding autos was challenging, and the local railway station wasn't within walking distance. After Covid, the cleanliness of the society wasn't up to the previous standards, and unfortunately, the clubhouse remained closed during our stay. Due to pets, many stray dogs would enter the society, making it intimidating to go for a walk in the morning due to fear of dog bites. Additionally, these dogs also spread a lot of filth. Moreover, there was seepage in the rooms near the bathrooms on all floors.
