As a tenant in one of the top societies in Badlapur, I absolutely love the convenience of having cabs and autos readily available outside the society. The meticulously maintained club and expansive playground provide fantastic amenities for leisure activities. The tranquil and serene environment fosters a healthy lifestyle and is ideal for family living. Moreover, the society is well-equipped with stores and hangout spots, ensuring convenience for daily needs.
Things need improvement
, the society is a bit distant from major workplaces in Mumbai suburbs, leading to some commute inconvenience. Although the construction quality is generally good, there have been instances of plaster peeling off in certain areas. While the amenities are plentiful, there have been occasional concerns about higher-than-expected maintenance charges. While the social atmosphere in the community is pleasant, there's room for improvement in terms of more community engagement and inclusive celebrations.
