The area is well maintained. It has plenty of parks around within a 2-10 minute walking distance. It's very safe for kids to play on those parks. The residents are cooperative. Roads are made of tar and chips. It is connected to the infamous Sabzi Mandi which is an amazing flea market to get stuff like ration, poultry or sea food, clothes, OTC medicines, street food. There are restaurants and bakeries, snack corners and vegetable & fruit market available as well. Just outside the block is a main road that connects to chauda mod and has e rickshaws, buses, autos, rickshaws available.
