Good things here
The neighborhood is easily accessible by car, taxi, bus, and good roads. The Solapur highway is close to the area. The structures receive enough sunlight and ventilation. It's a pleasant place to live with lots of amenities like a garden, kids' play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park. Regular cleaning and trash collection are part of the well-managed maintenance, and the costs are reasonable. For convenience, there are markets, schools, and it industry close by. The neighborhood is nice.
Things need improvement
The Pune railway station is 15-20 kilometers distant, and the metro station is 10 km away, making it challenging for people who depend on public transportation to commute. There are traffic problems in the area, and there is a potential problem with the corporation's water supply being unavailable.
