I bought this flat for my wife as her mom and dad live in Nalasopara. Overall, the project is pretty good and i found the amenities good to use and reside.

Living in this area, you automatically expect the best safety and amenities while the views from the tall and imposing tower are superb in my opinion. Love the interiors and construction overall along with the eagerness of the maintenance and support staff members.

Maintenance and service offering from developer is very good. Area very safe and posh. Near all the shopping malls, restaurant, schools, hospitals and offices. Easy to commute nearby places and also has strong construction. Good for long-term investment purpose for residents.

The location is quite crowded and also the construction quality isn't that great. But since we didn't had much budget i had to go for this project.

Siddhivinayak Heights offers serene living to all its residents as I have found out for myself. Have been staying here for quite some time and the project has grown on me. Particularly appreciate the strong mobile signal which I did not get in my earlier residence, the safe neighborhood and extremely prompt society maintenance.
