Good things here
The construction quality of the buildings is very good, which is a significant advantage. The maintenance is also excellent and up to the mark, further enhancing the overall appeal and functionality of the society.
Things need improvement
The amenities and overall liveability of the society are lacking, which is a significant drawback. Additionally, there is a serious concern regarding network issues, impacting communication and connectivity for residents.

Good things here
it's a group housing society with 3 towers and very well maintained with all basic amenities,has beautiful parking space inside tje society in case any relative comes for visit,with separate entrance lobby and spacious room with big balcony's, , excellence location with peace of mind, sports facility including like swimming pool ,gym,kids pool,tenis court,yoga area , cycling track ,joging track and lots more ,easy transport service available
Things need improvement
Little busy society , cabs are not allowed in permisis , some times traffic problem you have to face on the way

Built quality of th esociety is very nice, and also the shops and market are near by which is a plus point.

There are no facilities in the society, no clubhouse, no swimming pool, which is a negative point.

Issue resolution process of the society is quick in the society and this the best thing, rest cleanliness and maintenance are great taken care of.

No parks near by the society, also roads are not good, water logging problem in the society.

Good things here
I am one of the first residents in this society after the possession was started. It has all basic amenities like powerback-up, water supply, markets within walking distance. Open garden space, parking in the basement, decent lifts and security at the entry gate. As far as connectivity is concerned, it is connected with LNM to Gr. Noida w rd. with the rest of the city. The society has 2 super towers with each flat has 3 open side. There are lights in the common areas. The balconies are spacious ensuring the ventilation is good. The apartment size is also decent for a 3 BHK. The locality is developing with a rapid pace with many well known socities located nearby. Now the schools, hospitals are also available in the neighbourhood.
Things need improvement
The project got delayed, causing residents unwarranted hussle for getting OCs. The Roads should be improved, no facilities like swimming pool and clubhouse is there and also metro is too far from the society.

Lifts are working fine, CCTV and Security is also working fine, local transport are easily available near the society which is a plus point.

Metro is far from the society, mosque is far away sewage problem and stray cow problem is also there.
