Peaceful community with excellent maintenance. It boasts 24/7 security guards, CCTV cameras, and a compound wall with electric fencing, ensuring a high level of safety. The clubhouse is beautifully designed, featuring a swimming pool, gym, yoga space, dance area, party hall, and guest rooms. read more

construction quality. Issues such as poor sound insulation, bad odors from toilets, and leaks from the kitchen sink are frequent. The maintenance contractor's unresponsive attitude and the association�s indifference to resolving these issues are frustrating. The high maintenance charges read more

The Whistling wood is a decent socoety located in Kokapet with well maintained amenities like Clubhouse, swiming pool, gym, CCTV in common areas, security, electric fences and other measures. read more

Maintenance could be slightly better some places doesn't look clean. The construction is also average with only 6 inch wall between adjancent apartments. read more
