Good things here
Living in my society is a breeze. While I mostly rely on my personal vehicle, it's reassuring to know that public transport options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are readily available just outside. The connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around. Everything I need is conveniently located nearby � markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants. Plus, hospitals are just a stone's throw away for added peace of mind. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, ensuring smooth travel without any water logging issues, and street lights illuminate the way, providing safety at all times. Within the society, I have access to fantastic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids, all meticulously maintained for residents' enjoyment. The spaciousness and excellent ventilation in the rooms enhance the overall comfort of living here. Safety is a top priority with CCTV surveillance covering every corner, and the lifts are always in proper working order. Garbage collection is prompt and efficient, with multicolored bins ensuring proper waste disposal practices are followed.
Things need improvement
Living in my society has its ups and downs. While I appreciate the convenience of having nearby markets, grocery stores, and other amenities, there are some areas that need improvement. For instance, the lack of parking space within the society is a hassle, especially during peak hours. The gym facilities are not up to par, with outdated equipment and irregular maintenance. Additionally, the recurring issues with seepage and leakage in the buildings are concerning, as they affect the overall quality of living. Despite these challenges, I remain hopeful that the management will address these issues and strive to make our society a better place to live.

Good things here
The society residents gives the maintainance charges on time. Rules and regulations are followed by all. The society is very well managed. Issues that arise are resolved on time by the society. Parking space is ample and also visitor's parking is available. There are fast lifts in the society, my flat is on 35th floor and I have never faced any issues regarding lifts. The connectivity of the society is very nice, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Play area is quite big. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is very good. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are properly installed and functions properly. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Regarding the lack of pet-friendly policies in our society, it's frustrating that pet owners don't adhere to the rules and regulations that should be followed. It's essential for me as a pet owner to respect these guidelines to ensure harmony with my neighbors who may not have pets. This includes proper pet care, waste disposal, and noise control. As for the poor road conditions outside the society due to ongoing metro construction, it's challenging to navigate through the traffic jams, especially during rush hours. The numerous potholes make it particularly difficult to drive my two-wheeler in these conditions.

Our rooms are thoughtfully designed with excellent ventilation, promoting comfort and well-being. Furthermore, essential amenities such as water supply and electricity are reliable, with no major issues encountered. The construction quality of our society is commendable, as we haven't experienced any problems like seepage, leakage, or plaster issues. The presence of CCTV cameras and a good security system, along with available security guards, enhances safety and security within the premises. Lastly, the availability and proper maintenance of lifts ensure convenience for all residents.

The distance from market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants can be inconvenient for residents, particularly those without access to private transportation. Furthermore, it's important to consider the affordability and accessibility of amenities within the society. Charging for amenities may pose a financial burden for some residents.

Inside my flat, I appreciate the excellent ventilation, which creates a refreshing atmosphere year-round. The society is well-maintained and clean, with regular garbage collection and timely pest control contributing to a pleasant living environment. water logging and mobile network issues are not a problem here. The presence of CCTV cameras and a reliable security system, along with attentive security guards, helps ensure the safety of residents. The community spirit is strong, with multiple cultural festivals and events celebrated together, fostering a sense of belonging among residents. pet-related issues are not a concern here, creating a harmonious environment for all residents.
Things need improvement
This is a government develpoed sociery so there are no modern amenities like gym, swwimming pool and club house available in the society. Play area is very small, not that nice. There are no lifts installed in the society. Redevelopment is required in the society as society is very old. The constructuion quality is not in good condition, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Fire estinguishers are not available. There is open parking and parking area needs maintenance. Stairs have become very old.
