Things need improvement
However, there are several areas where the housing society falls short. Maintenance is a concern, as there are frequent delays in addressing upkeep issues and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. This inconsistency can lead to frustration among residents who expect timely maintenance services. The construction quality is also a drawback, with occasional issues reported that require repairs or improvements, potentially impacting the durability and longevity of the buildings. Additionally, the amenities provided are limited and may not meet the diverse needs and expectations of residents, leaving some feeling unsatisfied with the facilities available.

Good things here
I'm thrilled with our society. The location is fantastic, with the metro station just a short walk away, making commuting a breeze. Our maintenance team keeps the common areas immaculate, and the security measures are top-notch. The community spirit here is wonderful, with friendly neighbors and regular social events. I appreciate the well-equipped gym and beautifully landscaped gardens. The management is responsive and efficient, quickly addressing any concerns. Overall, it's an ideal place to live, offering comfort and convenience.
Things need improvement
While our society offers excellent amenities, the absence of a swimming pool is the only minor drawback. It would be a nice addition for recreation and exercise, especially during summer months. However, this small issue doesn't significantly impact the overall high quality of life we enjoy here.

Good things here
People of the society were welcoming and helpful by nature. The society is really good; people are kind and cooperative. The people who manage the place really care about making it nice for everyone. Getting around the area is easy because they've arranged buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. They've also planned things carefully so that important places like markets, services, and schools are close by and easy to get to. Also, there's a big park that makes the area even nicer. Kids can play there and make the neighborhood feel even better.
Things need improvement
There were issues with the elevators; they were not working properly. Amenities were also not available. There were some issues of sealing and seepage.

The society is great for bachelors. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards available. There's no seepage or termite issues, and the rooms have proper ventilation. Garbage is collected regularly, and there's reliable electricity and water supply. Public transport like buses, autos, and cabs are easily available, and the market is nearby.
Things need improvement
I don't have any specific issues. There were a few minor problems, but they got resolved quickly. Overall, it's an okay society, especially recommended for bachelors.

Good things here
Cabs , autos and public transport are easily available which makes the connectivity of society quite good . People in the society are quite social , they celebrate festivals together. There is no issue in electricity supply.
Things need improvement
There is frequent leakage, seepage issue in the building . There are issues related to water supply . There are no amenities except lift . There are no swimming pool, gym and club house . Parking and security facilities are the worst.

Living here has its challenges. There are no amenities available, which can make daily life less convenient. Parking is also a problem due to limited space, and there are frequent cuts in water and electricity supply, which can be quite frustrating.
