The society faces challenges such as the absence of nearby shops, connectivity issues, and poor construction quality. Additionally, the clubhouse has not been initiated yet, which might affect the community's recreational amenities.

Good things here
It's an amazing community where outsiders need permission or a special pass to enter, ensuring security. The society boasts 24/7 water supply and well-maintained parks with beautiful architecture. Enhanced security measures like CCTV surveillance are in place. Dedicated playgrounds cater to small children, while amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, and gym are well-maintained. Festivals are celebrated, and parking slots are available. Essential services like a hair cutting shop and HD mart are conveniently located within the society complex. Additionally, there are advanced gym facilities to cater to residents' fitness needs. Each flat receives proper facilities tailored to their requirements.
Things need improvement
The society has relatively high maintenance charges, and construction work is still ongoing in some areas. Traffic jams are common within the society, and there are no metro connectivity options available in the vicinity. Potholes on the roads pose an inconvenience to residents, and in some phases, elevators are not functioning properly.
