Good things here
schools and malls are nearby as per noida, gr Noida compare to local areas so can not say walking distance but yes can reach there by e riksha or by bike easily in few minutes.

Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible

Things need improvement
place still needs development, and cause of dust due to construction it's little bit causing tired or irritating
