Good things here
The Godrej Nature Plus project is its outstanding connectivity. Situated on Sohna Road in Gurugram, it's a breeze to reach malls, hospitals, IT hubs, and other essential spots, making daily tasks effortless. Plus, I love that approximately 70% of the free space is dedicated to a well-planned green area, fostering a peaceful and nature-friendly environment. With high-class security measures in place, I feel confident that my property is well-protected, which gives me peace of mind.
Things need improvement
One aspect of the project that I'm not too keen on is the expensive pricing of the flats. Although the amenities and location are excellent, the high costs can certainly be a barrier for many potential buyers. Additionally, the delays in possession have been a major setback for some residents, leading to criticism towards the builder for not delivering on time. This can be incredibly frustrating for owners and may even impact their investment plans or living arrangements.
