Good things here

The maintenance of our society is top-notch, and I appreciate the excellent construction quality of our flats�they're spacious and well-ventilated, making for a comfortable living space. I'm relieved that we don't have to deal with issues like seepage or water leakage; it's a testament to the high standards maintained here. Parking is always a breeze, which is a huge relief, and I'm grateful for the ample space available to accommodate everyone's vehicles. Moreover, the people in our society are incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere that I'm grateful to be a part of.

Things need improvement

Improving the connectivity of public transport around our society would definitely be beneficial. It can be frustrating when there's no convenient bus facility nearby, making it difficult to access transportation easily. Enhancing this aspect would make it much more convenient for residents to travel around, especially for those who rely on public transport. Regarding the ongoing construction work in the society, I completely understand the inconvenience it causes. It's important for such projects to be completed swiftly for the overall benefit of the community. The disruptions and inconveniences during construction can be challenging, but once it's finished, it should contribute positively to our living environment. Hopefully, the necessary steps can be taken to expedite the completion of the construction work, minimizing inconvenience for everyone involved.

The connectivity of the area is excellent, with easy access to metros, networks, railways, and buses near the society. Essential amenities are readily available in the vicinity. The society itself boasts a clubhouse, banquet hall, park, and gym, all of which are well-maintained. There's a continuous supply of water and electricity, and security is ensured with physical barriers at entrances and verification of everyone entering the society. Festival functions are celebrated, fostering a sense of community among residents. Traffic issues are minimal, and cleanliness is maintained both inside and outside the premises. Overall, there's a strong sense of camaraderie and social engagement among�residents.

Things need improvement

In my flat specifically, I did not face any problems with leakage or seepages. However, there were issues in the washroom area earlier regarding leakage and seepages, which were fixed by the maintenance team. According to RERA, the cost of these repairs is covered for the first five years after construction, but after that, the owner has to take care of them. Swimming pool is not available in�this�Society.

The flats are well-ventilated with ample sunlight. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7 without any leakage or seepage issues in the flats. Pets are allowed in the society, and residents come together to celebrate festivals. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The lifts are in good condition and well-maintained. There is sufficient parking for both visitors and residents, and autos are readily available near the society.

The society does not have a swimming pool. I feel that the space allocated for the fridge in the flat is not planned well and does not meet my requirements.

Good things here

The society had amenities like a podium, playground, garden, gym, and tennis court, which were well-maintained. The maintenance of the society was top-class, and it was clean. The lifts were regularly maintained, and water was available 24/7. No leakage issues in the flats. There were numerous events held in the society, and the residents were good and cooperative.

During the daytime, autos were available near the society, but it became difficult to find them in the evening. The society did not have a swimming pool, and there were also very few street lights.

Good things here

The society is quite satisfactory. Seepage and leakage problems are virtually non-existent, which is a relief. Power cuts are infrequent, adding to the convenience of residents. The cleanliness standards are commendable, contributing to a pleasant living environment. the recently constructed roads alleviate concerns about waterlogging and traffic congestion, as they are wide enough to accommodate smooth flow. The neighborhood surrounding the society is equally appealing, characterized by amicable and helpful residents who foster a sense of community spirit through their cooperative demeanor.

Good things here

The roads outside the society are well-kept, and it's easy to catch public transport. There's plenty of greenery, and parking is adequate. There are no problems with leaks or seepage in the flats. The residents are friendly, and we celebrate festivals together. Water is available all the time, and the lifts are in good condition.

Good things here

Security guards were very much helpful. in terms of connectivity every local transport like buses and autos very easily available from the main road. parking was good for residents. there was no traffic jam issue near to the society. gym and parks were there inside the society. society was very very clean. societies environment was very friendly. society is peaceful.

Metro station was not nearby. there was no use of apps for security purpose. swimming pool was not present in the society. restaurants were not nearby. proper dedicated visitors parking was not available.

There are no leaks in the flats. The residents are very cooperative. The gym, play area, and garden are available and well-maintained. There is a sufficient water supply, and the society is clean. The lifts are well-maintained, too.

You can't lose the chance to reserve an apartment here. I just booked a flat for myself and I can ensure this location as a buyer. It is one of the greatest places in the world. It's all about labelling this home a wonderful place. How glad I'm to be moving in here, I can't say.
