Good things here
Good locality with all the facilities available and nearby schools and restaurants are present which is very good for me. The society is built with good standard materials and pool and indoor sports area is also present here.
Things need improvement
Some amount of high maintenance charges are taken in the locality which I think is not good. The maintenance charges should be reduced.

The hospital, school, and local market are all within 3 km. The amenities include gym , garden , lift There are both open and covered parking options. The locality is good.

Chembur Station West & Express Highway is just 5 min walking. Chembur Mono Rail is just 10 min walking distance. Market, Malls, School & colleges are also nearby.

Still society is not formed. This is a private sale building. Common parking & bike parking available.
