Good things here
Neighbours are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.
Things need improvement
There are issues with the lifts in the society which can result into various adverse situations. No other issues in the society , i am completely satisfied with all the facilities provided . Its a great society, my stay have been very comfortable till now without any issues.

Good things here
The surrounding people are friendly and well-connected, and we celebrate many festivals together, such as Karnataka Rajyotsava, Holi, Diwali, Ganesh Pooja, and Navaratri. I use online delivery services like Big Basket, which delivers quickly and maintains a high level of service. There are no issues with power backup, and the amenities are well-maintained. We have a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall.
Things need improvement
There are issues with street dogs, pipe leakages, and poor water quality. Additionally, they are collecting high maintenance charges but are not providing good facilities.

The society is blessed with an excellent forest view, which not only enhances the natural beauty but also creates a serene and tranquil atmosphere for its residents. The lush greenery and scenic vistas contribute to a peaceful living environment, where residents can enjoy the sights and sounds of nature right from their homes.
Things need improvement
The society faces challenges with high maintenance charges, which residents find burdensome. Additionally, there are concerns about seepage issues in the walls that need immediate attention and repair to maintain the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the premises.

Good things here
The construction quality here is outstanding, and we have all the amenities we need. The lake view is absolutely breathtaking, adding a serene touch to our daily lives. It's a perfect blend of urban convenience and natural beauty.
Things need improvement
The metro station's distance is a minor inconvenience, but it's hardly worth mentioning given how great everything else is. If I had to suggest an improvement, maybe organizing more lakeside community activities would be nice.

Good things here
The advantage of this society is that residents don't need to step out for their daily needs such as groceries, vegetables, and medicine, as all these facilities are available within the community. The society's maintenance is excellent, with just one call ensuring the availability of plumbers and electricians. Moreover, the maintenance team is taking all kinds of precautions to address water shortage issues, which are prevalent in the city during summer. Connectivity is decent, with schools and hospitals located around 1 to 2 kilometers from the society. The amenities are excellent, featuring numerous sports facilities like badminton and tennis courts, play areas for kids, a clubhouse, a gym, and a swimming pool. Furthermore, the construction quality is commendable, offering good ventilation for each flat.
Things need improvement
There is a need for improvement in a few maintenance facilities like regular cleaning and greenery maintenance should be improved.

Good things here
Cabs and autos are easily available near the society. People are very friendly in the society. We can celebrate every festival in the society like a family. Water facility is very good in the society, and ventilation in the flats is also very good. Garbage collection is also good in the society. Amenities like the gym are well-equipped, and the kids' play area is very spacious. The clubhouse is also very enjoyable in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The construction quality is not good in the society. There are some leakages in bedrooms, and during rain, the walls are in bad condition, full of water. Some water is entering the other areas of the society.

Being a new building, everything in the society is well-maintained and in good condition.
Things need improvement
The society is lacking in the maintenance of amenities, especially the gym, which is not well-equipped. There's room for improvement in the greenery within the society. Additionally, public transportation options such as buses are not available, which could inconvenience residents who rely on them for commuting.
