Good things here
The best thing about the society is that it has a temple inside and the environment is also very good. The society has convenient connectivity with easy access to public transport like autos and cabs outside. Local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores are all nearby. Road conditions are good, and streetlights function properly. There is ample parking space available in the society. There are no issues of seepage or leakage in the apartments, and the rooms have good ventilation with spacious balconies.
Things need improvement
The cleaning staff clean the floors but do not clean the stains on the walls and do not properly clean the stairs. Additionally, facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available in the society.

The connectivity of the society is quite decent, with easy access to autos and cabs nearby. The roads are well-maintained, and issues like potholes are not present. Shopping complexes, malls, schools, and hospitals are conveniently located nearby. The social life within the society is vibrant, with a mix of festivals from various backgrounds and cultures, fostering strong bonds among neighbors. Additionally, the society offers amenities such as gyms, club houses, and swimming pools, which are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
One major drawback of the society is the lack of a nearby metro station, requiring residents to travel at least 5 kilometers to reach one. Additionally, the swimming pool is not properly maintained, which is concerning considering the importance of hygiene. This aspect definitely needs improvement. Another area of concern is the weak network connectivity within the society, which can be inconvenient for residents.

Good things here
The amenities provided, like the pool and open spaces, are quite nice and contribute to the overall satisfaction of residents. The availability of these facilities adds to the appeal of the community. Additionally, the entry for visitors only through a mobile app enhances security measures. The maintenance team is efficient, addressing complaints on the same day they are lodged, which is quite commendable.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was poor due to the absence of a nearby metro station, coupled with traffic jams near the society, which made commuting challenging. Safety and security measures were average, with partial installation of CCTV cameras limited to certain areas like the lift, rather than covering the entire society campus. Construction quality was subpar, with significant issues of seepage.

Good things here
The society is well-maintained and efficiently managed, ensuring a high standard of living. Convenient public transportation options, as well as the availability of services like Ola and Uber, make commuting hassle-free. Having a nearby Dmart provides easy access to shopping amenities, adding to the convenience of daily life.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is low because of the poor quality of materials used, resulting in cracks appearing in the walls and ceilings of the buildings.

Good things here
Auto cabs are readily available around the society, ensuring good connectivity. Cleanliness is well-maintained, with rapid garbage collection carried out daily. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, gym, and national programs are available in the society and are well-maintained and fully functional. The neighbors are cooperative and friendly, and all festivals are celebrated within�the�society.
Things need improvement
Painting has not been done for a long time, but the painting procedure is currently pending and will be completed shortly. Additionally, there are cracks on walls and seepage problems in the society, which may be resolved after the painting work�is�completed.

Mostly things are good in the society, all amenities are available like swimming pool, club house and construction quality is also good, no problem is leakage�or�seepage.
Things need improvement
The area around the society is not properly developed yet, so according to me, it should be developed better so that the location of the society also�becomes�better.

The best part is the quick access of restronts and malls nearby, the society is well maintained and is very hygienic and clean at all times.
Things need improvement
The mentainance fee of the society is too high, their are too many streat dogs in the society which is not safe for children, despite of multiple cumplaints this issue does not get resolved.
