Connectivity in the society is excellent, with easily available cabs and autos, as well as the convenience of booking Ola and Uber. The water facility surpasses that of other apartments, and there's reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. The residents are friendly and cooperative, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere in the society. The ventilation in the flats is commendable, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Amenities such as gym and clubhouse are available, albeit limited. Public transportation options like buses are conveniently accessible within walking distance from the city, making commuting easier. Parking areas are spacious within the society, addressing any parking concerns. Essential facilities such as markets, malls, and supermarkets are conveniently located within a 1-kilometer radius from the society, enhancing convenience for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is unfortunately poor, leading to issues such as leakages and seepage in the bathrooms. Despite the presence of a swimming pool in the society, it remains closed. Maintenance charges are relatively high, approximately 3900 rupees, which may be seen as expensive by residents.

The amenities are fantastic, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a spacious clubhouse. For those who enjoy indoor games, there's even a snooker table available. People here are friendly and welcoming.

There are no indoor games available except for snooker, which limits recreational activities. The rooms lack sunlight, making them feel gloomy. The maintenance charges are quite high compared to other places, and there's a noticeable problem with ventilation. Additionally, the area is quite remote, and the connectivity is poor, making it inconvenient to commute or access essential services. Overall, these issues significantly impact the quality of living.

I must point out several areas of concern. The roads are in bad condition and can be quite troublesome, making daily commutes challenging. Additionally, finding auto cabs is difficult due to the distance from the main areas. There is a lack of security as no guards are present, and the location of the guard room is not ideal. Power backup is insufficient, and power cuts occur frequently, causing inconvenience. These issues significantly impact the living experience here.

Moreover, the water facility and power backup are good in the society. Overall, it sounds like a pleasant and well-equipped community.

There is a luxury apartment accessible with all the amenities for a lifestyle living. The apartment's construction and design are excellent, and the administration is accommodating to all of our needs.
