The water facility surpasses that of other apartments, and there's reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. The residents are friendly and cooperative, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere in the society. The ventilation in the flats is commendable, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Amenities such as gym and clubhouse are available, albeit limited. Public transportation options like buses are conveniently accessible within walking distance from the city, making commuting easier. Parking areas are spacious within the society, addressing any parking concerns. Essential facilities such as markets, malls, and supermarkets are conveniently located within a 1-kilometer radius from the society, enhancing convenience for residents.

Things need improvement

Overall, these issues significantly impact the quality of living.

I must point out several areas of concern. The roads are in bad condition and can be quite troublesome, making daily commutes challenging. Additionally, finding auto cabs is difficult due to the distance from the main areas. There is a lack of security as no guards are present, and the location of the guard room is not ideal. Power backup is insufficient, and power cuts occur frequently, causing inconvenience. These issues significantly impact the living experience here.
