Residents are understanding and friendly, with no issues related to pets. Security and lift services are reliable.
Public transport options are limited, and connectivity is not robust, necessitating the use of personal vehicles for travel. The metro station is far from the society. Facilities and amenities such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are not available within the society. Waterlogging occurs in the basement area during rainy seasons. There is room for improvement in cleanliness. The society faces significant construction quality issues, particularly affecting the walls where plaster comes off, leading to seepage and leakage problems. While elevators and CCTV cameras work, maintenance is average.

The well-kept roads and the availability of taxis are convenient. Cleaning and garbage collection are done on a regular basis. Elevators are promptly erected and serviced. There is an adequate supply of water and electricity. The buildings have high-quality fixtures, plaster, and ventilation. Well-maintained modern amenities like a play area, swimming pool, and gym are offered. The neighbors are lovely and kind, and the clubhouse has air conditioning throughout. For safety, there are security guards and CCTV cameras.
There are no nearby schools, hospitals, or markets is an issue. Public transport like buses and autos is not easily available, affecting connectivity. The construction quality is poor, with problems of seepage and leakage in the society. Water logging is an issue, and the outer look of the society is very poor and needs improvement. The swimming pool and gym are crowded due to new building construction in the society.

In my experience, I have not encountered any issues so far. Everything in this place is exceptional. Connectivity is seamless without any disruptions, and nearly everything I require is readily accessible. Maintenance concerns are promptly addressed, ensuring that everything is fixed in a timely manner. The cleanliness standards are consistently high, and all amenities are not only present but also in optimal working condition.
I've never had any problems here. Overall, I'm really happy. Everything works well, like the facilities and services. It's a comfortable and productive environment without any disruptions. They do a great job keeping everything clean and in good shape. All the things I need are here and work just like they should. I've had a smooth and enjoyable experience without any issues.

The society has access to autos, cabs, railway station, and buses. Maintenance is excellent with clean surroundings, working lifts, garbage collection, and timely issue resolution. The construction has good ventilation and sunlight. The neighborhood is friendly.
There is no metro access and traffic issues are present. Cracks are visible in the construction. The amenities mention in the society were not there in the society in the starting the builders charged the fees from the residents and then built the amenities in the society .

The Western Expressway is just 50 meters away, making travel and commuting extremely convenient. There are no issues with water blockage or leakage, ensuring a hassle-free living environment. While there is no gym, pool, or clubhouse, the friendly and welcoming community more than makes up for it. It's a great place to call home
While everything is generally good, there's always room for improvement. Adding more community events and enhancing the green spaces would make living here even better.

The connectivity of the society is good, with buses and autos readily available. Everything is done on time, including lift maintenance. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The construction quality is good, with no seepage or leakage issues.
The amenities in the society are very limited. There's no gym or swimming pool, and the park is quite small. Additionally, the society is located a bit inside, which is inconvenient. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the amenities provided.

This area has the most premium society. The mobile network is good. All amenities are available. Connectivity is excellent. Metro, auto, cab, everything is available nearby. Garbage collection and lift maintenance are excellent. Proper ventilation is provided in every flat. All festivals are celebrated.
The maintenance charges of the society are very high, but we don't get the facilities according to that. There is no parking for visitors; we have to park our vehicles outside the gate.
