It is a calm location and people interact more with you. The mall is there within 1 km radius and area is developing fast, with ground being revamped and streets also getting facelifts. Many schools are also there. The metro and railway issue is there and safety levels also.

Pimple Gurav has several great locations and restaurants also. There are many transport facilities and bus stops. Food is really fantastic here. Good societies and also schools and colleges. Good parks also. But power cuts every Thursday or so. Jams are also there.
