The Apartment is between 173.36 and 207.64 square meters in size. The inside roads are well built and are cleaned regularly. The maintenance is done regularly. Also, the management staff is also responsive. The security guards and installed CCTV cameras give a sense of security. The connectivity is good as the cabs reach here without any hassle. Furthermore, the metro station is also nearby. Lots of grocery shops, gyms, ATMs, schools, colleges, and malls are available nearby.

DS-MAX Properties Private Limited has opened DSMAX SKYSCAPE on Bangalore's Hennur Main Road. Everything is available easily even good colleges, shops and other facilities are available. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab to the doorstep. I feel that the prices are nit higher as compared to the competitors otherwise it is a good place to invest or live.
