Parking slots are available in the basement and also open parking. Garbage collection is always on time, and all festivals are celebrated.
Water supply is a big problem, and the nearest market is 1. 5 km away. The building's construction quality is average, and there are no windows in the bathroom. It's essential to thoroughly check the property before handover to avoid any cheating later. The door locks are also damaged, and the swimming pool doesn't work. There's no clubhouse either.

We had to rely on cabs, autos, or private cars for travel. Lifts and garbage collection were regular. Ventilation was good, and we celebrated festivals like Diwali and Holi. There were nearby malls, markets, vegetable markets, and grocery shops too
During that time, there was an issue with funding, so amenities were shut down, and maintenance wasn't done properly. There wasn't a responsible person overseeing maintenance and problem-solving. Also, there were no nearby metros or buses, and the building's construction quality wasn't very good.

Yeh toh bilkul bura lagta hai. Maintenance mein issues hona, security money ki gadbadi hona, aur amenities jaise swimming pool aur club house mein problems hona, yeh sab bahut hi pareshani ki baat hai.

Cleanliness & maintenance should improve, more hygiene needs to be maintained. Construction quality is also average as there are some seepage/leakage issues in society.

To commute to the office, private cars or cabs are the only options available. Garbage is collected daily, and lift maintenance occurs at specific intervals. South-facing flats have excellent ventilation. All amenities are well maintained, and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm.
Unfortunately, there's no public transport nearby, such as metro, buses, autos, or railways. There's room for improvement in maintenance, and the condition of roads is also poor.
