High availability of water and power, along with regular garbage collection, enhances the quality of life for residents. Overall, it seems like an ideal place to live, offering convenience, comfort, and a peaceful atmosphere.

The amenities of the society are also well-maintained, including a gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and ample parking options. Society maintenance is top-notch, with regular inspections to address any pipeline or electricity complaints promptly. Additionally, the power backup systems are reliable, thanks to diligent maintenance. Residents' complaints are resolved promptly, ensuring a high standard of living for all.

Public transportation is a bit of a trek, about 2 kilometers away from the society. Maintenance charges are on the higher side, costing around 10,000 rupees for three months. Overcrowding within the society is also a concern. Hospitals are located quite far, about 3 kilometers away, making it inconvenient for emergencies. Additionally, the metro station is quite distant, around 10 kilometers away, adding to the inconvenience of commuting.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Water facilities are very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Facilities like markets, supermarkets, and fruit shops are available within 500 meters from the society. Security is very good; there are two security guards. Management of the society is very good. Cleaning is also good; the housekeeping is doing a good job. Maintenance of lifts is good; there is a big lift.

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available but not managed well in the society. Public transportation is far from the society, around 4-5 kilometers away, making it very inconvenient. Parking area is very congested in the society. There is no visitor parking in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5000 rupees.
