Within 200 meters, there's a bus stop, and within 400 meters, there are supermarkets and grocery stores. The proximity to theaters, shopping malls, and schools within 4 kilometers adds to the convenience. The good quality roads and ample parking availability ensure smooth transportation for residents. The well-functioning amenities including a maintained swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, play areas, and walking tracks cater to the recreational needs of residents. The construction quality is commendable with no cracks on walls and proper ventilation ensuring a comfortable living environment. Regular cleaning and maintenance efforts contribute to the hygiene and cleanliness of the society. High availability of water and power, along with regular garbage collection, enhances the quality of life for residents. Overall, it seems like an ideal place to live, offering convenience, comfort, and a peaceful atmosphere.

The street lights, which are crucial for visibility and safety at night, are currently not functioning, leaving the area in darkness and potentially posing risks to pedestrians and drivers alike.

The residents of this society enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, thanks to the absence of disturbances in the surroundings, as the society is located far away from the main city. Within a 10 to 15-minute travel radius from the society, there are easily accessible places such as supermarkets, schools, and all kinds of regular necessities. The construction design is excellent, boasting a well-designed drainage system and excellent ventilation. The amenities of the society are also well-maintained, including a gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and ample parking options. Society maintenance is top-notch, with regular inspections to address any pipeline or electricity complaints promptly. Additionally, the power backup systems are reliable, thanks to diligent maintenance. Residents' complaints are resolved promptly, ensuring a high standard of living for all.
Things need improvement
There is a need for improvement in cleaning services due to occasional negligence in proper cleaning. Additionally, there are no public transportation options near the society. The construction quality of the society is not optimal, evidenced by seepage issues in several flats.

Water facilities are reliable and operate round the clock, and there's backup power available too. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. The lack of pollution in the area is a definite plus, and the abundance of greenery adds to the pleasant surroundings. Plus, essential facilities like grocery shops and vegetable markets are conveniently located within walking distance from the society, making daily life hassle-free.
Things need improvement
Public transportation is a bit of a trek, about 2 kilometers away from the society. Maintenance charges are on the higher side, costing around 10,000 rupees for three months. Overcrowding within the society is also a concern. Hospitals are located quite far, about 3 kilometers away, making it inconvenient for emergencies. Additionally, the metro station is quite distant, around 10 kilometers away, adding to the inconvenience of commuting.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Water facilities are very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Facilities like markets, supermarkets, and fruit shops are available within 500 meters from the society. Security is very good; there are two security guards. Management of the society is very good. Cleaning is also good; the housekeeping is doing a good job. Maintenance of lifts is good; there is a big lift.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available but not managed well in the society. Public transportation is far from the society, around 4-5 kilometers away, making it very inconvenient. Parking area is very congested in the society. There is no visitor parking in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5000 rupees.

The road quality is good, with working street lights and ample parking spaces available. Amenities include a swimming pool and children's play area, currently under construction. Maintenance is well-handled, with housekeeping staff ensuring proper cleaning and garbage collection door-to-door. The water and power supply are reliable. The buildings are well-constructed with no cracks on the walls and good ventilation throughout all floors.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the swimming pool is not up to the mark; it's very dusty, and the staff's behavior towards residents shows a bias between North Indian and South Indian residents.

We have a lot of greenery in our surroundings, with many plants and trees. Location-wise, there is a bus stop and supermarkets within 1 km. Additionally, there is a school and a hospital within 2 km. The road quality is good, and we have proper parking spaces. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and walking track are available. In terms of maintenance, they collect maintenance charges and provide good services, including daily cleaning and regular garbage collection. The lift is functioning properly. The surrounding people are friendly and communicate well with each other. Construction-wise, the rooms are well-ventilated.

The street lights in this society are inadequate, causing poor visibility at night. This creates safety concerns for residents and increases the risk of accidents and crime. Urgent improvements are needed.

We don't face any issues with water or power supply, and the elevators are safe and reliable. The rooms are well-ventilated due to good construction, ensuring a comfortable living environment for everyone.

Cracks on the walls within our society are concerning as they may indicate underlying structural issues. It's important to conduct urgent inspection and repairs to ensure the safety and integrity of the buildings.
