Good things here
The good connectivity was there, with easy availability of auto rickshaws just outside the society. The basement parking is mostly for residents, with some outside parking available as well. The ventilation and architecture of the building are well-designed, and the gym, clubhouse, and play area have recently been developed. The spacious swimming pool is a great feature. The elevators are sufficient for the 20-level building, with two or three elevators, including one for luggage and the others for people. The residents are cooperative and friendly, celebrating festivals together, making it a harmonious society for both Hindus and Muslims.
Things need improvement
There were traffic congestion due to the nearby commercial stops, banks, other societies, and multiple projects in the area outside the society, which causes a bit of congestion outside the society. There is also seepage from the washroom on the upper floor, which is an issue.

Good things here
The construction is solid and well-done. The amenities are fantastic with a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs. The connectivity is great with autos, cabs, and the railway station nearby. The airport and hospital are also close. The neighbourhood is friendly. Security is good with CCTV and ample parking, including guest parking. Overall, it�s a good place to live.
Things need improvement
The lift is not clean at all. Sometimes pet dogs pee in the lift and it stinks. Garbage collectors take the garbage in the lift, which also makes it stink. Maids use the main lift too. Garbage cleaners, pet owners, and maids should use the service lift instead. There are stray dogs in the society, even though there is security.

Good things here
The connectivity is excellent with Ola and Uber Not Cancelling rides airports and railway stations nearby making it easy to travel around. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe in the society.
Things need improvement
There is seepage in the washroom walls. The gym has some unnecessary rules like having to wear shoes to enter the gym, which feels unnecessary as residents have common sense. The children's play area has safety concerns with manholes in front of blocks C3, C2, B1, B2, B3, B4, and B5, where kids could trip and fall and the maintenance team is not doing anything about it.

Good things here
Everything here is great. Ola and Uber do not cancel rides, and railway stations are not far away. There are no issues with maintenance. We have all the amenities like a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouses, and they are in perfect condition. The construction is solid with no problems of seepage, leakage, cracks, ventilation, or termites.
Things need improvement
The only problem is that the airport is far away, which can be inconvenient for frequent travellers. But other than that, everything is in perfect condition.

Good things here
There is no leakage and seepage issues in the building and there is proper ventilation in the houses. all amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden are there in the society. Society is well maintained and cleaned all the time. Auto, bus , rickshaw are easily available nearby the society.
Things need improvement
There is no issue in the society which the residents are facing in the society. They are satisfied with all the amenities and facilities in the society and people enjoys living in this society.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good with no traffic except during weekends and peak hours. There was open parking available, well-installed elevators, good ventilation, and no seepage or cracks. The play area, clubhouse, and gym were spacious, and people were cooperative.
Things need improvement
There was no basement parking, the taps were very rusty, and the gym equipment was not good, needing more equipment. The society's backside gate was not ready. I don't remember how the maintenance was at that time.

Good things here
The place is good with a well-maintained cleanliness, walking area and play area. Gym, are also here. They are paid. Neighbors are good. It is quite economical and well maintained society. All online deliveries like Myntra, swiggy and zomato are available here. It's good to be here.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there is a leakage problem in my apartment that should be addressed by the association here. Swimming pool should be operational here. Overall the place is a good spot.

Good things here
The roads inside the society were well-maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained. Water was available 24/7. The residents were cooperative, and all festivals were celebrated. There was sufficient greenery in the society, and autos and buses were easily accessible nearby.
Things need improvement
It sounds like the society lacked any modern amenities, so in my opinion, they shouldn't have charged maintenance fees. The issue of leakage and seepage was present in my flat.
