The society maintains high cleanliness and hygiene standards, with regular garbage collection and pest control measures in place. Effective security measures, including CCTV cameras and available security guards, ensure residents' safety. Apartments are designed with proper ventilation, ensuring a comfortable living environment. With uninterrupted water supply and electricity available 24/7, residents experience seamless utility services. The absence of seepage or leakage problems in flats reflects good construction quality. Ample parking space and three balconies in apartments add to residents' convenience. The friendly, educated, and cooperative nature of residents fosters a sense of community, with cultural festivals and events bringing everyone together.
The absence of a nearby mall is noticeable, impacting residents' convenience for leisure and shopping. Elevator maintenance requires improvement, as occasional malfunctions due to inadequate upkeep disrupt residents' daily routines. While facilities like the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids exist in the society, their maintenance leaves much to be desired.

It's easy to find and use public transport like rickshaws, buses, and cabs. The metro station is nearby. Maintenance is good, and the society is very clean. CCTV cameras and lifts are installed and working. There's a gym and clubhouse in the society, which are well maintained. If we have issues like water leakage or any other maintenance problems, they're resolved promptly. Festivals are celebrated in the society. The best thing I like about my neighborhood is its connectivity.
There's no swimming pool in the society. There's nothing I would like to change about the neighborhood.

The society's proximity to the highway ensures convenient transportation connectivity. Maintenance is satisfactory, with reliable water and electricity supply, including a power backup facility. Water quality is excellent, and there are no issues with water logging or drainage. Additionally, amenities such as gyms and parks are available for residents.
The construction quality is notably poor, evidenced by substandard plaster and fittings, with instances of plaster falling from the walls. Both the gym and swimming pool are below average and poorly maintained. Parks are also in poor condition. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of cooperation among residents, leading to frequent disagreements and divisions within the community. Celebrations are not held together, and there is a noticeable divide among different groups within the society.

The maintenance team upholds hygiene standards, and although the society's security staff could use some improvement, they are present. Despite lacking certain features, the presence of amenities like a gym and a clubhouse adds value to the community.
However, the neighborhood faces significant issues such as heavy traffic, lack of pedestrian infrastructure, waterlogging in basements, narrow corridors, and poor maintenance overall. Concerns about parking discipline, inadequate security measures, frequent elevator breakdowns, and non-functional surveillance cameras add to the challenges. The promised amenities like the swimming pool and functional swings for kids remain unfulfilled, while existing facilities like the gym lack proper management, quality equipment, and fixed operational hours. The poor quality of construction materials results in easily damaged walls and other structural issues, highlighting a lack of attention to building standards and safety. Overall, the neighborhood's management seems indifferent to addressing these pressing concerns, despite residents paying for maintenance services.

Nearby Delhi. Good connectivity to eastern peripheral, good connectivity to Rajnagar, Indirapuram, Noida, Delhi. Near by petrol pump, CNG pump, schools, market.
Temple access should be from inside society also. Swimming pool should have climate control facility.

Autos and rickshaws are available, and there are markets for essentials. There are no issues with seepage or leakage. Neighbors are great and friendly. Events are celebrated well; everyone comes together to celebrate. This is the best society in that regard.
Maintenance is not good; there are numerous problems such as no facilities working, the swimming pool is not operational, and the gym has not started yet. However, no action is taken regarding the issues with the pool and gym.

The connectivity to the society is very good as the public transport is easily avaliable around the society. School and hospital are at the radius of 1 km
The construction quality is good but could have been much better as some areas are getting sandy

There is no issue of public transport nearby to their locality, CCTV Camera's and Lifts are installed in the society. We have a small park for kids to play. Construction quaility is nice, No seepage or leakage issue in the society. Festivals are celebrated together.
Metro station is 7KM away from their residency. There is no gym, swimming pool in the society.

The security system of the society is nice as cameras are there for security purpose .
Sometimes lift did not work properly but the issue has been resolve by the society asap .

There are many hospitals nearby the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available around the society. I have never faced any issues regarding the parking space. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. Society is kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Garbage collections are done on time. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. At night the society is safe. Balcony is also available. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. There are also safety features available like fire estinguishers. Maintainance charges are affordable. Elevators are properly functioning. Water supply and electricity is available in the society. No major issues arised regarding it. People are educated and cooperative in the society, some festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The socieety is pet friendly.
The amenities are properly not maintained, a lot of things are missing from the gym, equipements needs to be more in the gym. Swimmingpool is only made for kids but that also it's not always functional. The society is quite old for which sometimes seepage and leakage issues arises. Power backup is available but the charges are very high.
