While some blocks report no issues with the lifts, inconsistent performance in others does inconvenience me at times. Additionally, facing challenges with tap clogging affects the usability of water and requires attention to ensure proper functioning. Overall, while our community has many positive aspects, including cleanliness, security, amenities, maintenance, and convenience, there are definitely areas for improvement that need to be addressed, such as power cut issues, consistent lift performance, and tap clogging concerns.

Efficient garbage collection services ensure that our living environment remains clean and hygienic. The maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained Regularly garbage collection is done by the society. All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All the amenities are well maintained. the road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. The society celebrates festivals and events where all the people in the society participates together. No major water logging issues are encountered. Parking space is available, no issues regarding it.

Living in this society is an absolute delight! With dedicated parking spaces available for each resident, I never have to worry about finding a spot. And while we may not be right next to the main road, I actually appreciate the peace and quiet it brings. The management team here is exceptional; they ensure that our buildings are always freshly painted and free from any seepage, leakage, or termite issues. Plus, the modern amenities provided are top-notch and impeccably maintained. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible sense of community among the residents. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, making it feel like one big family. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place to call home.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of cabs and autos.Maintenance quality was good with timely disposal of waste, proper water supply. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. There is a playground for children. Construction quality is fine with no seepage or leakage issues. There is basement parking. Hygiene is maintained. Market areas are available in the society itself. The neighborhood celebrates all the festivals and events together.

The metro and buses are not available. The road quality around the society must be improved.

Seepage and leakage issues are very commonly seen, plaster quality is not good. Construction quality is not upto the mark this can be improved by maintaining the society. Modern Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.
