Connectivity of society is great with availability of autos, cabs, metro and other public transport. People are friendly and well behaved.
Garden is small in size. All other things about the society are fine. There can be problems like seepage , leakage in the building but not that often.

Malla ans schools are nearby the society and well cleaned and maintained all the time. no leakge and seepage in the walls. society have functional amenitites neighbors are good and friendly.
Stray dogs in the area create a lot of noise, which can be disturbing to residents. Additionally, some people in the community are not pet-friendly, leading to potential conflicts and discomfort among neighbors. This situation can affect the overall peacefulness and harmony of the society.

Auto-rickshaws and cabs are conveniently accessible within walking distance outside the society. Nearby amenities include local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, all situated just outside the society. The maintenance of the society is commendable, with timely upkeep and regular maintenance practices in place. Garbage collection is conducted punctually. Security measures are robust with the presence of security guards and installed CCTV cameras throughout the premises.
The buildings have very poor construction quality, with frequent issues of seepage and leakage in the apartments. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids' play area are not available in the society. Furthermore, there is no power backup facility.

The roads outside the society were in good condition. There were no issues with leakage or seepage in the flat, and ventilation was adequate with ample sunlight. All modern amenities were readily available for residents. The residents were decent, actively celebrating festivals together. Water supply was consistent, available 24/7, and cleanliness standards were well-maintained throughout the society. The lifts were properly maintained, contributing to the convenience of residents, and the maintenance charges were deemed reasonable.
Autos and public transport were not readily available near the society, posing inconvenience for residents. Additionally, there was a notable traffic issue near the society, further complicating travel and accessibility in the area.

Additionally, quick access to plumbers and electricians ensures that any issues are promptly addressed within a day.
The living area size is quite small, and the society feels congested with no open space or garden. Late-night public transportation options are limited. While the condition of the roads is average, ventilation within the living spaces is inadequate, leading to insufficient sunlight and airflow.

All modern amenities were available and well-maintained in the society. The residents were very cooperative. During my stay, celebrations were not held due to COVID. The cleanliness of the society was excellent, and water was available 24/7. Auto rickshaws and buses were easily accessible nearby. The flats were well-ventilated, and there were no issues of leakage or seepage. The roads outside the society were in good condition and well-maintained, and there were no traffic issues. Parking space was sufficient for everyone.
The metro station was not conveniently located within walking distance from the society, requiring residents to travel a distance to reach it. Similarly, reaching shopping malls also involved traveling some distance.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. There are market areas around the society. Amenities like gym, club house, play area are available in the society. The maintainance services are very good in the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking space is also available.
Swimmingpool is not available in the society. I have not faced any issues in 6 months in the society. The society is available with everything required.
