Waste management and water supply systems operated flawlessly, ensuring a pristine environment. Nearby, an array of conveniences such as grocery stores, bustling markets, top-notch hospitals, and educational institutions were within easy reach. Abundant parking facilities accommodated vehicles with ease. A sprawling park provided a haven for children to frolic and enjoy themselves. The residents exuded warmth and hospitality, fostering a tight-knit community spirit. Communication networks and internet services remained consistently reliable. Leisure facilities such as swimming pools, gyms, and a clubhouse were meticulously maintained, enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
There was no issue of garbage and water supply. Everything was accesible neaby. Cctvs and elevators are god in condition. No improverment were needed in cureent tym amenities were also well maintained.

I'm relieved to note that there have been no issues with water leakage, indicating quality construction and maintenance standards. The availability of amenities such as gyms, indoor games, clubhouses, gardens, and play areas adds to the quality of life for residents. The friendly and cooperative nature of the residents fosters a sense of community and belonging within the society, making it a welcoming place to live.
There is a marketplace and a garden nearby, providing easy access to everything one might need. Overall, there is nothing more that needs improvement within or outside the society; it's perfect�as�it�is.

Lifts are well-maintained, and construction quality is generally good, with occasional maintenance issues like seepage or plaster problems. There are no major electricity or water logging issues. Amenities like a gym, park, clubhouse, and children's play area are available, fostering a friendly and cooperative community where cultural events are celebrated together in spacious surroundings.
If I were considering improvements to the gym, I'd prioritize upgrading the equipment and possibly expanding the space to accommodate more users comfortably. Additionally, having restaurants or food options within our society would be incredibly convenient.

The maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with regular cleaning. Construction quality of the society is quite good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are available. The residents are friendly and cooperative and celebrate all festivals together.
Transportation connectivity near the society is average with no availability of close public transport.

High price of electricity bills. no nearby shops and mall,markets are there. very less count of tree in the society. this is a under construction building.

During peak office hours, traffic congestion along Outering Road frequently results in delays and inconvenience for commuters aiming to reach their destinations on time.

Connectivity bohot badhiya hai iss society ka. Metro aur public transport aaram se avilable hai. Market area bhi bhadiya hai. Maintenance bohot bahiya hai iss society ka. Har jagah CCTV cameras hain, aur sab kaam karte hain. Lifts bhi instaled hian aur theek kaam karti hain. Seelan ya seepage ka koi issue nahi hai yahan. Construction quality badhiya hai. Pool hai aur wo covered hia. Gym aur club house bhi hai aur wo well maintained hain. Neighbours friendly and cooperative hain. Pet friendly hai society yahan.
Jab tak iss society ka maintenance builder ke control mai tha tab tak isue tha but ab nahi hai.

The play area is quit outstanding in the society , the open space is really good in the society , the maintenance is quit fascinating in the society

Cabs are easily available in the society. Water supply issues are not faced in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Paintings are done on time in the common areas.
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. Specially at night time transportation issues are faced. The society is not always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Timely salariees are not provided to the workers, so they don't work properly. Security guards are available but even they don't work properly. Security system is not good in the society. Water logging issues are faced inside the society specially during rainy season. Drainage system is not good in the society. RWA takes the maintainance charges but society is not maintained at all. Parking area is very conjested. The parking is affected by seepage as there are basement parking. Visitor's parking space is very less. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society but they are not really good and it's very small, it's just for show. The amenities are not maintained at all. CCTV is not installed in the common areas of the society.
