We have a good security system with 10 security guards, and every block has CCTV cameras. Unknown people are not allowed without residents' permission. Maintenance is excellent with good power backup and water supply. Cleaning is well-managed, and garbage is collected on time. The lifts are well-functioning. Location-wise, within 1 km, there are theaters, bus stops, supermarkets, schools, and hospitals. The road conditions are good, with working street lights and ample parking space. The people are friendly and cooperative.
A few houses in their society are experiencing seepage issues, causing inconvenience for the affected residents and requiring prompt repairs to maintain the overall quality of living.

Close to daily needs shops, hospitals, schools. The construction quality is good with spacious apartments. RWA is proactive in resolving issues proactively

Swimming pool on the terrace. The apartments are well constructed. Enough parkong space for residents. Water supply is 24X7.

Taxis and auto-rickshaws are readily available in the vicinity. Essential facilities like markets are conveniently located just 100 meters away from the community. Schools are situated very close to the neighborhood, within walking distance. The charges are reasonable, and there is a reliable water supply. Additionally, the community has power backup facilities, ensuring uninterrupted service.
The construction quality is notably poor, with persistent seepage issues plaguing the society. Furthermore, the railway station is situated quite a distance away from the community.
