Good things here

We have a good security system with 10 security guards, and every block has CCTV cameras. Unknown people are not allowed without residents' permission. Maintenance is excellent with good power backup and water supply. Cleaning is well-managed, and garbage is collected on time. The lifts are well-functioning. Location-wise, within 1 km, there are theaters, bus stops, supermarkets, schools, and hospitals. The road conditions are good, with working street lights and ample parking space. The people are friendly and cooperative.

Close to daily needs shops, hospitals, schools. The construction quality is good with spacious apartments. RWA is proactive in resolving issues proactively

Good things here

The amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained within the community. The residents are very cooperative and friendly. Taxis and auto-rickshaws are readily available in the vicinity. Essential facilities like markets are conveniently located just 100 meters away from the community. Schools are situated very close to the neighborhood, within walking distance. The charges are reasonable, and there is a reliable water supply. Additionally, the community has power backup facilities, ensuring uninterrupted service.
