the security of the society can be improved. The maintenance services are not good and the charges are also high. Pollution level is high due to presence of carbon factory in the area.

Public transport is available readily in the locality. Seepage issues are not there in the area. Maintenance charges are very nominal. there are good quality roads in the area. The quality of plaster and fittings used is also good.

Ample parking space is there in the area. Society is pet friendly. Grocery stores, ABES college, railway station, etc., are available at walking distance. It is a small society with limited facilities. The green cover is also limited.
