Connectivity in Alacabd is very convenient for those looking to book accommodation. The area has good water supply, reliable power backups, and efficient waste collection systems. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or maintenance. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Parking is ample and convenient. Security provisions in the area are very good. Greenery in the estate is well-maintained. People here are very friendly.
Public transport is available on main streets. Facilities like grocery stores are available within a radius of 2-3 kilometers. Hospitals are available around 3-4 kilometers away. Infrastructure needs to be improved; it is not very convenient.

Connectivity is great with availability of cabs , autos and public transport . No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the society. People in the society are quite friendly, they celebrate festivals together . Good security and parking facilities. Amenities like swimming pool , gym , clubhouse and park are available in the society.
No issues in the society , its a great society to live in . I have no issues in the society regarding connectivity , maintenance , amenities , construction and neighborhood . I am completely satisfied with the society.

The society had all the modern amenities and was well-maintained. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. Residents celebrated festivals together, and they were cooperative. The cleanliness was well-maintained, and water supply was available 24/7. There was ample greenery.
It took 20 minutes to reach the main road from the society to find an auto or bus, as they were not available directly from the society. The road outside connecting to the main road was in poor condition with potholes and waterlogging, and there were traffic issues as well.

Moreover, the unavailability of cabs, autos, and public transportation like buses directly in front of the society further compounds transportation challenges, adding to the overall inconvenience for residents. Public transports like buses and autos are available infront of the society.Security is good in the society it is saftey at night times. Pople are very co-operative.
Maintaining of the lift is very poor.It was getting always repairs.Street dogs are entering in to the society.
